About Our Gifts & Quality
Why do your prices seem lower than other gift sites?
Great question. We work directly with quality makers and use print-on-demand technology, which means zero waste, zero inventory costs. We pass those savings to you. Lower price doesn't mean lower quality—we partner with premium providers who wouldn't put their name on anything less than excellent.
Is the quality comparable to more expensive options?
Yes, but with one big difference: with us, you're paying for the gift itself and the meaning behind it. You're not paying for fancy packaging or marketing overhead. Every product we feature has to meet our durability standard: something you (or the person receiving it) will feel proud to own and potentially pass down.
Do you ever go on sale?
Rarely. We price fairly from the start rather than inflating prices and cutting them for "sales." But we do announce new collections and seasonal pieces—if you want to catch limited editions, that's a great reason to stay in touch.
Can I customize products (add names, dates, personal messages)?
Some products, absolutely. Look for the "Personalization" label on product pages. Custom pieces have a slightly longer production time (usually 5-7 business days additional), but they're worth the wait.
How much does customization add to the price?
Usually $5-10 depending on the product.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
$5.99 flat rate for any order, or FREE if your order is over $50. We think $5.99 is fair for the care we put into packing. And free shipping over $50? That's to reward you for gifts that say "I really thought about this."
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days after that. So figure about 1-2 weeks total from purchase to doorstep (unless you rush order—see below). We'll send you tracking info as soon as it ships.
Can I rush order?
Absolutely. Choose "Rush Processing" at checkout to get your order shipped within 24 hours. Costs $10 extra, but sometimes the perfect gift can't wait.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now we ship within the US only. But if you're gifting someone abroad, let us know—we get requests often enough that we're considering it. Your interest helps us decide.
What if my order arrives late or doesn't arrive at all?
Contact us immediately. We'll track it down. If it was lost in transit, we'll reship it or refund you. We don't leave that to chance.
Returns & Guarantees
What's your return policy?
Simple: 30 days, money back, no questions asked. If it's not what you hoped for, we'll refund you. If it's a gift and the recipient doesn't love it, same deal—they can contact us and return it. Shipping on returns is covered by us.
Do you honor the 30-day guarantee if I've already given the gift and opened the packaging?
Yes. If the person receiving the gift decides it's not right, they can return it within 30 days with the product in good condition. We trust you more than that paperwork nonsense.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo. We'll either reship it immediately or refund you. Damaged gifts are not gifts—we'll fix it.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We don't believe in surprise fees. If you return something, you get a replacement or your money back.
Gifting & Occasions
Can you include a personal message or note with my order?
Yes! At checkout, there's a field for a gift message. We'll print it on card stock and include it with your order. Make it thoughtful or funny—up to you.
Do you have a collection for a specific occasion I'm looking for?
We specialize in gifts for everyday moments that matter: birthdays, anniversaries, "thinking of you," milestones. If you're looking for something specific, tell us what you have in mind—we might already have it, or we might inspire your next idea.
What if I'm buying for someone and I'm not sure what they'd like?
That's what we're here for. Each product page has a "Perfect For" section that explains who'd love it and why. But if you want personal help, reach out—we can talk through it. Seriously. We like this part.
Can I buy a gift card?
We're working on that. Coming soon. For now, if you want to gift the idea of Stuff Between Us, tell us—we can arrange something.
Account & Ordering
Do I need to create an account to shop?
Nope. You can checkout as a guest. But if you create an account, we'll remember your info for next time—which is nice when you're a serial gift-giver like most of us.
Can I change my order after I place it?
If you catch it within 1 hour of placing it, yes—contact us and we'll adjust it. After that, it's usually already in production. But again, our 30-day guarantee means if we shipped the wrong thing, we'll make it right.
How do I know my payment information is safe?
We use industry-standard SSL encryption and work with trusted payment processors (Stripe, Shopify Payments). Your credit card info never touches our servers—it's always encrypted. You're as safe with us as you are with any major online retailer.

Yes. We're an LLC founded in 2023 with a simple mission: make gift-giving less stressful and more meaningful. We're small enough to care about each customer. Big enough to deliver reliably. We're not a corporate machine—we're people who believe that gifts matter.
Do you have a physical location?
Not yet. We're digital-first so we can keep costs (and prices) down. If you ever want to talk to a human, reach out here. We'll actually respond.
