Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. The day following the delivery date is the first day of the 30 day period.

Non defective items and returned items we receive in 100% resell condition, qualify for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label once we receive your request. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

Stuff Between Us has the right to refuse returned items sent after the 30 days allowed after delivery has passed.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

(1) After delivery and before 30 days have expired, a return/refund request is emailed to us at stuffbetweenus@gmail.com (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund).

(2) The item's return label has been provided by our customer service representatives.

(3) Returned items were received by us in the same condition and packaging in which they were sold. 

We will process your refund if all three conditions are met. Please know that it may take 3-5 business days until you receive it.

Do not send your purchased item back to the address from which it came.

Returned to Sender

If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.

Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.

If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.

Order Cancellation

Many of our products are printed on demand (POD), especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify POD orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all.

Exceptions/non-returnable Items

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and items intended to contact genitalia (i.e. underwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Clearance Items are sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
